「少子化」原因千千百百種，錢當然是關鍵，但這社會對「母親」不太友善也是原因之一：
小孩有甚麼問題，旁人會歸咎媽媽沒教好，不會是爸爸
下班後照顧小孩的責任也是媽媽，家務的責任也是媽媽
職場上，孩子有甚麼事要請假時，有些上司會白眼與留難，升遷也是更難了
生了女兒，有些長輩會說些刺耳的話，時代變了，但有些長輩沒變
母親是克苦耐勞的象徵，所以不克苦耐勞，就好像不合格了

要有對媽媽友善的社會，推動政策才能有效啊

There are lots of reasons for “low birth rate”. Money is the key, but the unfriendly tradition to role of “mother” is a reason as well.
Whenever the kid behave badly, people will blame the mother instead of father.
Mother needs to take care the kid after work and finish the house work too.
In workplace, if mothers apply a day off for family reason, some supervisors may not approve. The opportunity to get promoted is rather low for mothers.
If your baby is a girl, some relatives will say something sarcastic. They are living in the old days.
The image of “mother” is very hard working. If you are hard working enough, you are regarded as a failed mother.

If the people are more friendly to mothers, the policies regarding low birth rate will be more effective and efficient.
